MATERIAL HANDLING & MACHINERY: Forklift Operators (LF Licence), High-Reach Forklift Drivers, Order Picker Operators (LO Licence), and Container Unloaders. Key Responsibilities EFFICIENT STOCK HANDLING: Accurately pick, pack, label, and dispatch goods using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). SEAMLESS LOGISTICS OPERATIONS: Unload incoming freight containers, sort inventory, restock shelving bays, and load outgoing delivery trucks safely. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: Strictly follow Australian Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, operate machinery safely, and maintain a clean, safe aisle environment. TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily dispatch targets and inventory accuracy goals. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or fast-paced physical roles is preferred, but entry-level training positions are available for reliable candidates. LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS: Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF or LO) is a major advantage. Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Steel-Cap Safety Boots and High-Vis Vest/Shirt. PHYSICAL FITNESS: Ability to perform manual handling, stand for full shifts, and lift up to 15–20 kg safely.
